This is not just a statistic; it is a window into an India that is increasingly relentless, self-sufficient, and confident. We launched Adani SAKSHAM to unlock the extraordinary potential of our youth by making vocational education and future-ready skills accessible to every learner who seeks a better life for themselves, their families, and their communities. Over the past nine years, we have watched thousands step into jobs or entrepreneurship for the first time, gaining not just a steady income but also a sense of dignity and possibility.
Our model is intentionally holistic. It brings together technical training, communication skills, and essential life skills, the foundations that prepare learners for real-world environments and help them grow with clarity and resilience. Today, SAKSHAM has positively influenced two lakh lives. Each of these numbers represents an individual who chose to move forward and found meaningful support along the way. As we look ahead, our purpose remains firm: to empower aspirational individuals with skills that, in turn, will propel our nation’s rise.
